You can use it with any of your Coolpo Cameras: Coolpo AI Huddle Pana or Coolpo AI Huddle Mini. Since these devices are meeting agnostic, you can also use them in any of the mainstream video conferencing platforms in the market and not just Zoom.
Zoom also offers a paid version called Zoom Enterprise, which comes with all sorts of bells and whistles, including team rooms, custom branding, and integration with many other apps. Once you are logged into your Zoom account and have clicked on the “Join Meeting” button, you will be brought to your Zoom call screen. The call screen shows you a list of your upcoming Zoom meetings. Now, there are a couple of ways to actually find the Zoom meeting you want to join. You can do a quick search using the Zoom search bar, or you can use the Zoom calendar. Let’s look at both options.
Zoom Search - If you know the Zoom meeting ID of the meeting you want to join, you can easily search for it right from the Zoom call screen.
Zoom Calendar - If you don’t know the Zoom meeting ID, you can click on the Zoom calendar and choose the “Show Calendar” option so that you can view the Zoom calendar.
Once the calendar is open, you can choose the Zoom meeting you want to join from the calendar. You can also hover over the Zoom meeting and click the “Join Meeting” button on the popup menu that appears. If you click on the Zoom meeting from the calendar, be sure to click on the Zoom meeting you actually want to join. The Zoom calendar lists Zoom meeting IDs, Zoom meeting names, and Zoom meeting owners. Once you are on the Zoom call screen, you can click on the “Advanced Join” option at the bottom of the screen to join the Zoom meeting.
Choose your Coolpo Camera as your Camera and Microphone. When using Coolpo AI Huddle Mini, you can connect it to your preferred speaker using a ⅛” TRS jack.

What happens when you join a meeting in Zoom?
Now that you know how to find and join a Zoom meeting, let’s take a look at what happens when you join a meeting in Zoom. When you join a Zoom meeting, you join the Zoom call screen.
The Zoom call screen is where you will see:
all of the attendees,
the Zoom meeting host, and
the Zoom meeting information.
The Zoom meeting call screen shows you:
the Zoom meeting ID,
the Zoom meeting host (click on the Zoom meeting host to see their information),
the meeting title,
the date and time of the meeting, and
the Zoom meeting URL.
As the meeting progresses, you will also be able to see a list of the Zoom meeting agenda, participants, and notes.
Be aware of when the video is and is not available during meetings
Now that you know how to join a Zoom meeting, and what happens when you join a meeting, let’s take a look at when the video is and is not available during Zoom meetings. That is to say, when you click on “join meeting”, you are joining the Zoom call screen for the Zoom meeting. The Zoom call screen is where all of the participants are seen and heard. At the top-right corner of the Zoom call screen, you will see a “Video” button with an option to click. If you click on the “Video” button, you will be able to turn your video on or off. For example, let’s say you are joining a Zoom meeting with 10 other people. If you click on “Video”, you will see that 9 of the people have their video off, but 1 person has their video on.
Coolpo AI Huddle Mini (see here) will pop up in your video source options as “Coolpo Mini”. Usually, the default camera would be your laptop webcam so you need to choose Coolpo as your video source. Make sure that there is no other program that uses the video from your camera, especially if you’re using a Windows computer. Enable your video and simply let the Coolpo Camera AI features support you in your meeting!
Gesture Control - don’t be afraid that another speaker will take the spotlight from you! This Coolpo camera will take the cue from a simple gesture. The AI algorithms will choose that person as the presenter, zoom in on him/her, and follow the person everywhere within the Mini’s field of view. Instead of speaker tracking, you get a more stable and less volatile presenter tracking that can only be disabled by the same gesture!
Automatic Group Framing - ever had a meeting with so much empty space or too little space for the whole group? Coolpo AI Huddle Mini will calculate how to perfectly capture everyone into a frame. If it needs to be zoomed in or zoomed out, the AI algorithms will determine it for you!
Beamforming - increase your voice by decreasing the background noise! Our compact Coolpo Camera has a 6-microphone beamforming array system that delivers the best quality audio to remote participants.
Moreover, the Coolpo AI Huddle Mini has a 4k wide-angle camera, 110-degrees, in fact. The beauty of it is that you can disable the AI features when you need a simple camera to capture your whole room! Some users sometimes want to place it on top of their laptops and use the Coolpo Camera as an ordinary 4k webcam, and it works!
